Info-Alert is a stand alone program that automatically and constantly scans your business systems data looking for information that meets the parameters you have defined.  Once identified, alerts are sent by report or email to the person or persons you have specified.

Sample Alert Descriptions

All of the alerts listed below are included with Info Alert for Traverse and OSAS Accounting Systems.  New alerts are being added regularly and will be included with every maintenance release for those current on maintenance.  We welcome ideas for new alerts.  Please call us if you have any questions regarding one of the following alerts or an idea for one that may not be listed.

CUSTOM ALERTS CAN BE EASILY CREATED TO MEET ANY PARAMETERS YOU REQUIRE.   Below are some samples.

Administration Alerts

          - Alert for any customers who have open A/R invoices over x days.

          - Alert if a Vendor's A/P balance exceeds x.

          - Alert if a Vendor's open invoice is over x days.

          - Send an "Active Alert Listing".

          - Alert for customers who are over their credit limit.

          - Alert if A/R Credits exceed a given amount this month.

          - Alert for employees who are x days past their hire date.

          - Alert for employees who are x days past their termination date.

          - Alert x days prior to an employee's next review date.

Sales Oriented Alerts

          - Alert for Customer's who have not purchased in x days.

          - Check for Open Orders older than x days.

          - Check for Open Quotes older than x days.

          - Provide a listing of Average Daily Invoiced Sales this month.

          - Provide a listing of Average Days to ship orders this month.

          - Provide a listing of top xx customers in the past month.

          - Alert if specific customers YTD Sales are below last years.

          - Alert for Invoiced Orders with a gross profit margin less than x.

          - Alert for Open Orders with a gross margin less than x.

          - Alert for Customers who have purchased for the first time.

          - Alert for Orders that took > x days to ship this month.

          - Alert if the value of pending Sales Orders drops below x.

          - Alert if the value of pending Quotes drops below x.

          - Alert for Orders with "Required Ship Date" between x and x days old.

Inventory, Purchasing , and Manufacturing Alerts  

          - Check for Purchase Orders older than x days.

          - Alert when the value of Inventory is greater than x.

          - Alert if the value of open P/O's is greater than x.

          - Alert when purchases of an item exceed x this month.

          - Alert if the cost of an item exceeds base cost by x%.

          - Alert for Inventory Items with available quantity less than x.

          - Alert if purchases of an item exceed x in the past 30 days.

          - Alert if an inventory item's quantity drops below minimum stock level.

          - Alert if a Work Order's actual time or materials is > x% of estimates.

          - Check for open BOM Work Orders older than x days.
