By using a telecommunications program, we both can view each others monitors and keystrokes in real time to provide "hands-on" training, swapping of files, collaborating on ideas or almost anything else we'd like to accomplish.  We can even arrange for online seminars conducted over the internet having as many people involved as necessary.

Long distance consulting can be very cost effective for many businesses, especially smaller businesses who would like professional assistance but can't rationalize an on-site consultant.  It eliminates or greatly reduces the overhead expenses associated with bringing in a professional from out of the area.  Plus, you can arrange for consultation sessions for as little as a half hour, getting small amounts of advice just when you need it and not having to pay someone for a minimum half-day to full day time charge.  Our rates are very reasonable and our service is excellent.
