Personalized Training

We provide live, one-on-one online training via the Internet for Traverse Accounting Software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS FrontPage, GoldMine & PageMaker.  There are no simulations, CD tutorials, etc. where you are working by yourself.   We are there every step of the way with you "holding your hand", answering your questions; teaching you everything you should know and everything you want to know.  You do not have to follow a set course schedule (although we can provide you with one).  You training can be focused on just specific areas of interest you choose or we can teach you an application from beginning to end.  All training is by appointment with flexible hours to meet your schedule.

Before online training commences (and any time charges), we will discuss with you the goals you would like to accomplish or problem you're trying to solve.  We'll determine first if we can help you then formulate a plan to accomplish this in the shortest amount of time.  If you have an application that will be the basis of your training session, we will ask you to send a copy to us along with any sample data.

We have no problem supplying you with a signed "confidentially agreement" to insure the privacy of any information you would like to share with us.

Full Voice & Chat

During training, we can communicate with each other using our phones, phone conferencing (when more than 1 trainee is being trained) and keyboard chat.  All you need for training is an Internet connection and a phone line available at the same time. 

Fully Interactive

The training sessions are fully interactive.  We provide you with the free downloadable software that we’ll use for the interactive training.  We use the Internet so you don't have to pay for long-distance computer connect charges.   We’ll be able to see each other’s screen.  And (only with the permission of the other person) we can control each other’s screen.  We can provide you with a fully personal "just like sitting next to you" training experience that will give you the knowledge you need at a faster and more comprehensible manner.  Your sessions can be of any length you’re comfortable with and we can work as fast or as slow as you want.  You set the pace!

You will always train and talk with the same person.  This will allow you to build a rapport and get to know how each other works.  It will make the training sessions friendlier, less stressful and more productive.
